Earlier this week my colleagues and I had the opportunity to learn about and tour the Layton Lakes community in Gilbert, AZ. The great people at Lennar Homes provided this experience. Lennar has several different models throughout their sections in the community. They truly have a house for everyone.

Many of the model homes by Lennar in the Layton Lakes community have a very open feel and floor plan. They were able to maximize the livable space that allows homeowners to get the most out of their property.
Perfect Finishes
Beautiful finishes are used throughout the homes, especially in the kitchens and bathrooms. Here are a few examples of what you will find in some of the model homes.

Some of their models are NextGen which is a home within a home. The NextGen homes can be used for rentals in some cases, multiple generations living under the same roof, a game room, or a number of other uses.
