Autumn Park

  • Oasis at Autumn Park brings our desirable Oasis series homes to Chandler for the first time ever in a community where every street is a cul-de-sac! Fulton Ranch

  • The Reserve series is the final parcel in the legendary Fulton Ranch on Arizona Ave just south of Ocotillo. Queen Creek


  • Mendocino at Ashcreek are large homes on extra large homesites with medium prices.  Each of the eight plans offers a 3-5 Car Garage and two plans can be expanded to accommodate six cars.  There is also an optional 52 foot RV Garage available.  The community is all single level for privacy.  If you’re looking for even more square footage and you don’t need all of that garage space, you can add bonus rooms, guest suites, exterior entry offices, and workshops.  All homes feature 10 foot ceilings, granite kitchen countertops, 36″ maple cabinets, 18″ X 18″ ceramic tile, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, dens, and family rooms, 2″ faux wood blinds on all exterior windows, 8 foot doors, and driveways and walkways are done in brick pavers for that custom feel. Ironwood Crossing

  • Ironwood Crossing was named the best selling master planned community in all of Arizona.
